I like this! I haven't seen the Digital Garden plugin. I have my obsidian set up to publish but I do it via https://github.com/davidvkimball/obsidian-astro-suite

I think the RSS would be easier to set up from this astro site than the digital garden method, but the final result feels less obsidian like and more like a blog with some linking to posts.
