I expect insurance to be awkward. I expect it to involve difficult forms, delays, arguments, and devaluing.
But this is not the case with Bikmo.
My son's bike was stolen in the early hours of Sunday. We put the claim into the insurers yesterday (Monday), via a slightly clumsy form that asked mostly sensible questions. We got confirmation today (Tuesday) that they're paying out in full.
So my son can get his replacement bike and be back on the road (or rather, greenways) in just a few days.
If only all insurance was like this!
