I‘m really curious what software/apps @nextcloud GmbH actually uses themselves for developing #Nextcloud.

In particular which Nextcloud apps are in use globally?
For example, assuming Files is used heavily would be an obvious thing.

But which other apps are actually used widely by themselves? #DogFooding

@MacLemon @nextcloud Talk is heavily used internally, calendar, then it depends a bit on teams and individuals, but we run also deck, contacts, teams, tables, collabora, whiteboard, tasks, text, analytics, polls, groupfolders, collectives, notes, mail and a bunch of more things. We also upgrade to a major's beta for ultimate dog fooding before a release. For me most important is talk, calendar, collectives, tasks and tables.

@blizzz @nextcloud Thanks for getting back to me!

We use these as syncing backend only:
- Files
- Calendar
- Tasks
- Contacts
- Group folders

Webinterface is only used for troubleshooting issues.

Heavily used, but extreme performance issues:
- Deck

Somewhat used via Webinterface:
- Collectives for documentation

Only as dependency/troubleshooting calendar:
- Mail

No usecase yet:
- Whiteboard
- Analytics
- Polls
- Notes
- Tables

Explicitly don’t want:
- Talk

@blizzz @MacLemon @nextcloud To add to what Arthur said, marketing team uses Deck heavily to plan/organize everything. And we're starting to use Analytics app too. 💪 nextcloud
