@neil hope you are feeling better! - just out of interest how does the #OSA apply to say a small internet host based in the UK. Does the responsibility extended down to the host providing the server which then has say a forum on it or does the responsibility lie with the user of the server who runs the forum?

@smallsolar This is not fully clear, but Ofcom's focus so far has been in the forum operator, not the hosting provided, in your terminology.
