In Erica Stanford's defence, she has no background in education whatsoever. Prior to being parachuted into a safe Nat seat, she'd worked in export sales and producing reality TV, then as a Nat staffer. So it's not really her fault she hasn't got a clue about 21st century education practice.

I mean look, the people we paid to like it absolutely love it! So it's not really 100% true that experts in education hate it. The vast majority do, yes, but not the ones who do our bidding. So, there's that.

@strypey But she's had advice from the DUP in Northern Ireland and they'll tell you they're always right and are experts at keeping "theemuns" in their place especially if they're demanding indigenous language rights.
