I'm looking for an app that allows me to (manually) throw events at it. It should automatically timestamp the event and add some optional tags. So I could store stuff that a team does. Like "replaced hard drive in server123" or "changed config for customer according to phone call with Bob". Can't find anything open source that could be #selfhosted and can't quite tell what kind of software that would be. I think, eventlogcentral.com is pretty close to what I'm looking for.

In the end, it should be a one-liner log where one could search for events and/or filter stuff by tags. It should have a simple web frontend that looks a bit like this. Instead of "host" it should have tags, so people could add something like "Replaced the water filter in the coffee maker" and add tags like "kitchen", "coffee" and if you want to know what happened in the kitchen, you can filter by the "kitchen"-tag. Something that also non-technical people can use.
