This is from July, but I hadn't heard that Premier Smith of Alberta and Premier Ford of Ontario have asked the Carney government to *not* reintroduce a bill guaranteeing clean water at every indigenous settlement, citing anticompetitiveness. There are still 37 sites without clean water, mostly in Ontario, out of over 800 water advisories originally.
