A friendly reminder that when you Boost a post, you push a copy to the fediverse service of every account that follows you. Making it discoverable in searches to everyone else on those services. If you wouldn't print it out and post it on a public noticeboard, maybe don't Boost it.
If you want to draw attention to a shitty post for purposes of criticism, maybe just link to it in a post where you make your criticism?
