The Free Software Foundation #FSF is hiring Rob Savoye (of OpenStreetMap) to create an all #FLOSS #smartphone , apparently they want to reverse-engineer the binary blobs that ship in the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and fork AOSP to create a new smartphone #Linux distro.
@GrapheneOS if you haven’t contacted the FSF about getting in on this, you may want to consider it, it sounds like you have similar goals.
