For a long time now I knew I had to say goodbye to #Spotify for Various Reasons... Today I heard that they're running #ICE ads in the US and that was just the final straw. Byebye Spotify, hello #Deezer! (And #PocketCasts for the podcasts... And still looking for an audiobook service because I sometimes also read an audiobook through Spotify...)

Why Deezer? Well, my short list was Tidal or Deezer. Tidal is American while Deezer is European so that gave the advantage to Deezer. What sealed the deal was that when I created my Deezer account, I was able to select "non-binary" as my gender. And as a bonus, their logo is a cute little purple heart 💜 what's not to like?

For podcasts, my shortlist was Podimo, TuneIn and Pocket Casts... Decided to go for Pocket Casts because my car also has an app for that and I usually listen to podcasts while driving.
