@kate Thank you for your edifying words, Kate. This is a nutty week at work and I felt the fear of #LearningOutLoud with the two most recent posts that I did. The Cynefin Framework is a challenging idea for me to wrap my head around (let alone pronounce without looking it up, first, every time). The struggle is real... but oh so good... 😂😇
