@cheeaun I’m confused about the differences between the two “Reply all” menu commands. What does the whitespaces between the author and the other users actually do?
@anosidium it looks "cleaner", as in easier to compose and read, especially for cases when there's too many people mentioned/tagged. It can also be contextual as you're replying directly to the author of post while looping everyone else in (like CC in emails).
@cheeaun Have you got an example of a real toot that shows this? Or a screenshot of a comparison?

@cheeaun this makes me want to play with make an email interface for mastodon. Every post is an email, reply and reply all change mentions list, forward becomes a quote. I guess visibility would have to be "mailing lists" type things. The metaphor starts breaking down here.
