@Agarzia recently wrote an article about making a linkgraph firefox extension that let's you see if the page you are on links to other websites that you are subscribed to the RSS for! That is pretty cool. It also comes with a simple feed reader like fraidy cat or rad reader though it has trouble bringing over some of my atom feeds. Most of them work just fine.
