Seeking one adult, no pets. Ideally I'd want someone who's part of (or at least friendly with) the furry & LGBTQ+ communities. Someone who's a great fit is mature, independent, and able to share responsibility for cleanliness and safety around the house.

It's a hundred year old house with hundred year old house problems, but the rent is below market rate, the landlord is one of the good ones, and there's a free washer and dryer. Will provide details about costs privately.
