I have been paying attention to other neighbor gardeners in the area (Zone 8A)and finding it disturbing that they are taking down the tomatoes already. Here in Zone 9A I've got another month at least. Big adjustments ahead.

OTOH being able to garden in a colder zone means I can plant more lilacs, peonies, sour cherries, and a wider variety of interesting apples. Looking forward to that. #Gardening
