The Govt. has decided the proscription of Palestine Action hasn't done enough to burnish their anti-democratic credentials & now is looking to restrict repeated protests at specific locations if communities feel threatened by such protests;

you don't need to be particularly paranoid to see how this will be (almost immediately) miss-used if it enters into force in anything like the form Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood seems to envisage.
