So what's Plan B in case #ChatControl happens in the EU?

Ignoring the techs vs. normies discussion for a moment, I don't see how something like Signal, Briar, or SimpleX would even be impacted. There is no "service" to enforce encryption backdooring on and their e2e security already rides on non-corrupted clients anyway.
