Just used the brand new "Featured works" functionality on my ORCID record and highlighted the five works I feel most important : https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5534-712X

@fresseng @ORCID_Org I did the same thing two days ago. 🙂 Do you know if there are plans to show the data of which works are featured in the API? I want to translate them as pinned posts for Encyclia, but there doesn't seem to be any way to get the info.

No. Not sure. It would actually be meaningful to have them accessed through the API. I guess this feature will be available. I suggest you ask the support to be sure : https://support.orcid.org/hc/en-us/articles/360006895054-How-can-I-contact-ORCID

(To clarify the 🤞 emoji: I mean that in the English colloquial sense of “I'm hopeful”, not in the way of “I'm secretly lying” that the gesture is sometimes used in German. Oops, that could be misunderstood!)
