So I had a reply from Octopus for my complaint about not paying for the electricity I exported for the first 3 months after my solar installation while waiting for the export tariff to be set up.
They replied saying that they couldn't possibly pay me for it.
I asked if I could take that as a formal deadlock letter and take it to the Ombudsman.
They then said "Oh, OK then, we'll pay you for it as a gesture of goodwill".
