Well, that's a happy little accident. It has to be rectified, of course, things jutting out like that will slow down the print.

The main exterior face is highlighted, making the parts that poke out more apparent. The three parts have a semi-circular bottom with flat sides and the interface with the cylinder creates curved upper edges.
