Good news, you even already work with a company that can easily host such an instance for you! @ProcoliX , they're a platinum partner of yours... So surely you trust them back, right?
Create video.nextcloud.com and have it be hosted by @ProcoliX ... Just upload it and pay a monthly invoice. It's not that complex .....
