It looks like our mail provide received a number of "Complaints" from the service notification I sent out to #Universeodon folks yesterday. Unfortunately this has meant I've had to explain what's going on and hopefully the explanation to them is satisfactory.

I'll have to go through all of those complaints and figure out what to do with the accounts, I don't really want to go through suspending all those accounts but equally being able to deliver e-mails related to the running of the site is fairly essential, now things like password resets won't work for those accounts as our mail provider won't allow any e-mails to be sent from our account to their inbox ever again.
