Today, the Home Secretary will make an appeal at the Royal Courts of Justice before the Lady Chief Justice Baroness Carr, Lord Justice Lewis, and Lord Justice Edis at 10.30 am to try and stop #PalestineAction's hearing taking place in early November.
Should the Home Secretary be successful here, then all legal avenues may be closed for this organisation, and in the future, ANY organisation may be called a terrorist organisation and closed down by the British state.
