Hey video folks! Hyper 8 Video System 0.24 - the last beta ahead of the 1.0 release in October (!!) 😊 - is out as of today!
Above all else this release turns #hyper8 into a full-fledged desktop application. \o/ This in turn means that I'm overhauling and extending all packaging processes (and will keep doing so the coming days) and today is therefore more of a "soft launch" :)
Debian, Arch and Windows are already provided with packages for the full desktop edition, macOS for the time being still with a homebrew-based CLI only build (with an apple silicon .app release in the making) and there are likely more Linux packages coming still. 😄 I'll do the full, formal announcement as soon as all packages are in place ...
