***** Using Big Tech AI Tools in the fascist U.S. or other countries is a trap *****

Given the rising fascist environment in the U.S. and around the world, I urge you to consider very carefully whether you should be using ANY Big Tech #AI features (including the AI features #Google is about to push into the Chrome browser and is already promoting) that involve injecting your email or web browsing or other activities into these AI systems. #Microsoft #Copilot and other firms' AI tools (including all of Google's) that, effectively, spy on your activities (whether with your explicit permission or not) are a trap when faced with fascist governments who are eager to pressure Big Tech firms into providing data en masse to surveil their populations. There is no reason to have any faith whatsoever that the Big Tech Billionaires controlling these firms will do anything but quickly buckle under demands (or even initially requests) from these fascist leaders. I get no joy at all out of saying this.
