Like the Peer Production License and other pro-solidarity Source Available licenses, it's well-meaning. But like any Source Available license with restrictions on third-party reuse/ modification/ distribution, it's fundamentally incompatible with both the Free Software Definition and the Open Source Definition.

@bookwyrm is there any possibility of convincing you to change to a libre license, or maybe dual-license, so potential reusers are aware of your values? Otherwise I'm going to need to remove BookWyrm from fediverse.party, per our inclusion policy (must be under a license compatible with Free Software/ Open Source software definitions).
I'd really hate to have to do that : (

@strypey Off-topic: why is f.p hosted in Russia? If it's a static website, can it be deployed to e.g. Codeberg Pages?
what does it mean: if the user is an organization, then all members must be workers with equal share?
what if one member works for 1 year and another is member only for 2 days?
what if one member is working full time and the other member works only 1 day a week?
what if the project allows code commits/pull requests from non members? ...and the project does not have money to reimburse anyone, but when the project receives monetary support in the future, then they could?
