Ofcom has moved to the next phases of its #OnlineSafetyAct investigation into Itai Tech Ltd, the company allegedly responsible for a non-consensual "nudification" site. (Ofcom's site includes the URL; I have not included it here.)
Ofcom alleges that Itai Tech has failed to have age assurance in place, and also failed to respond to an Ofcom information notice.
