Where are #GIS people downloading files for country administrative boundaries these days? I used to use https://gadm.org, but it seems like the downloads are not working anymore. I also tried https://geoboundaries.org, but the files that they have don't align very well at different admin levels for the country I'm looking at (Pakistan).
