lol, I was gearing up to have a fight with Google's warranty people over the failed charge port on my 25 month old Pixel 6a phone... The slightest movement would cause the USB plug to fall out.

Port looked, fine even under magnification. Decided to gently dig around in there with a pin anyway, before going into corporate battle... Little by little an unbelievable quantity of tightly packed pocket lint came out...

Port charges like new again now. 🤦‍♂️

@projectgus the amount of lint that can accumulate in a charge port is unnatural. But removing it is very satisfying
