Today i'm sticking to Elvanse. Why?

Because I need to be able to do personal stuff too on a work day. At my current level of awareness of how the pills work I can make the most during the day on Elvanse than on Medikinet.

The problem is the sleep so I'm going to try something new. I'm sticking to Elvanse all the way this month.

Right now these are the issues.

Medikinet (60mg): too much tunnel vision. Zero flexibility. If I'm coding is fine. But it's INCREDIBLY frustrating when I've got to do personal stuff and can't plan / keep forgetting. It fucks my working memory, I can't put it any other way.

Elvanse: works beautifully the first day after NOT taking it for a while. Second day I sleep only 4 hours and the effects get dimmed by lack of sleep. Let alone I forget to eat.

So what I'll try by sticking to it one month:
1. More napping. The fact at night I don't get 4 hours doesn't mean I can't catch up with a nap.
2. Wait 2 weeks, the lack of sleep seems to be part of the initial period. Hence why I want to stick to it 1 month.
3. Have ibuprofen and clindamicine at hand in case the lack of sleep triggers new cysts (hidradenitis).
4. Take doxilamine as needed if too much non-sleep
5. Force eat
