Hello Fedi. My partner @LukeOrion and I are trying to be able to keep staying sheltered at an extended stay hotel while we try to obtain permanent housing. We are trying to raise $95 to cover being able to keep staying inside another night. We’re a disabled trans couple who have been unhoused for almost a year now.

Urgent #MutualAidRequest to help an unhoused disabled trans couple stay sheltered another night

Goal:

We didn’t get any donations yesterday or overnight. @span LukeOrion and I had to use some of what we were trying to save towards rent for permanent housing to cover staying inside today. This is still active and ongoing. Ideally we need to raise the $95 and make back the $95 we had to take from the savings, but the priority is staying inside tomorrow.

URGENT #MutualAidRequest to help an unhoused disabled trans couple stay sheltered another night

Goal:
$15/$95

This is now super urgent. @span LukeOrion and I have had to use almost all of what was supposed to be savings towards a first month’s rent at permanent shelter. The $15 reflects what remains of that now. We haven’t been getting any donations in the last few days. We absolutely need help right now to be able to keep staying sheltered. The stress of this has really been taking a toll on us both and has been causing significant autoimmune related flare ups.
