Quick question to all #homelab users and/or server admins. Any feedback/recommendations are highly appreciated!

For a new homelab I've acquired a refurbished ThinkCentre with 2x M.2 NVMe SSDs (1 TB each) and an additional 1TB HDD 2,5".

The server will only run headless #Linux (probably #RHEL) and I would like to optimise for robustness/data reliability. Hence, I am thinking of some #raid setup.

The question is now: What is the best RAID setup given this hardware? RAID1/5, hybrid RAID, ???
