Moved a customer from AWS to a rented bare-metal server, from Elastic Beanstalk to FreeBSD+ZFS+Jails, from S3 to Minio.

Somehow now they're paying 1/3 the price and got 4x better performance.

Imagine if they were on-premis for the same yearly price.
