If that works for you. But you could also just open the post in a browser, using their instance. If you can see it, it's public, and you have a well-established right to quote it. One that needs a robust defence against the CopyMafia ongoing attempts to erode our Fair Use rights.
People want to use the power to publish comments to the world, without having to take responsibility for them. I don't buy that.
