Context: I no longer have health insurance because the govt seized some 125€ from my bank to pay a hospital bill dating from 2021. At the time, I lodged an internal review, which received no response, and after four SARs, the treasury informed me that they were seizing my SSDI, which is completely illegal in France. So I had to urgently file an application for urgent relief with the courts requesting the suspension of the seizure of my benefits + that the govt be ordered to pay me damages for the harm suffered.

But there's a flip side to this, which is that the govt will ask the judge to reject my petition and order me to pay the costs it incurred in opposing this appeal.
