#KPN might've given kick-ass service by replacing their faulty wifi netadapter at the local store, giving me just a half-hour internet outage.

Except they are forbidden to help. Had to go through phone support, somehow pass #AI bots to real operator, to hear "don't worry, we send a new adapter and you're good the next day". Two days of outage. But #PostNL messed up.

Result: 4 unneeded visits to local KPN / package delivery points later, double delivery
