"Netflix House", massive shopping/entertainment plaza, opening soon in Philadelphia, Dallas.

A lot of built-in ties to Netflix shows like Stranger Things, Wednesday, Squid Games.

Following the Disney branding model. Will it have a long shelf life like Disney IP does?

@mlanger not sure I’d say it was dumb. But I definitely do not understand how this is going to make them money. But maybe they have a long range plan here. A way to change out the branding from the shows that they cancel to new hotness.

@davemark I think the reason I'm having trouble understanding the appeal of this is because I simply don't watch enough television. I'm not a Netflix subscriber and haven't been for years.🤷🏼‍♀️
