You know that guy who makes the super supportive exercise videos where he’s like “can’t do a pull up? Work your way up to it by doing these other exercises first!” and super the opposite of all the shame-based exercise crap from gym class?

Turns out he has an app. I discovered I needed to scale back like 3 levels on pushups.

Pretty sure a couple months of Pilates are the only reason I could do more than 10 knee raises in each set.
