Thinking again about #SemanticCurrency, my qualitative complement to quantitative scarcity-based measures of wealth.
The value of semantic currency emerges from the meaning of a service rendered, an alternative abstraction to a number of a scarce token like bitcoin, dollarbucks, or gold.
Dollarbucks enable economics to scale up so that we don't each have to track a billion relationships, but rather can track a number: our account balance.
Semantic currency would, too, but differently.
