the instance is a self host owned by a person (or i assume, a plural system? don't really know) who have admitted that they have emotionally manipulated their friend and baited them into committing self harm for their own purposes and enjoyment.

this is deeply disturbing behaviour and that is a red flag that this person is not to be trusted. block and stay away from them
