August 24, 4-6pm at @firestorm we're discussing the introduction and first chapter of Orisanmi Burton's "Tip Of The Spear: Black Radicalism, Prison Repression, and the Long Attica Revolt"

Fitting we would begin this book club during #BlackAugust, the book discusses the wider organizing and radical thrust that contextualized the Attica Uprising as well as interesting insights from folks on the ground in the midst of the revolt.
