Once the administration has got everyone used to nationwide National Guard deployments to deal with protests.
Trump will use his Energy Emergency powers to fast track the build out of coal plants to power datacenters (probably get Congress to approve tax breaks to Hyperscalers who sign on).
Everyone wins! Tech Bros get their power, Kochs get the ROI they have been looking for, Trump gets richer.

Meanwhile renewables continue to get cheaper leaving coal and gas based power in the USA more uneconomic as time goes by. Hopefully the outcome of this is that economic activity reduces there.
