I think the roll of eSUN ABS+ I got isn’t very good. Haven’t been able to tune settings for like a day.
I’m sure there is something to be done besides throwing almost a full roll of filament away.
I don’t own a filament dryer yet, but I think that might also be step in the right direction?

First layer comparisons. Over a large flat area the extruded material is nicely deposited in the main parts but the edges are rough with what seems like over extrusion. On the smaller squares this problem is shown to not just be localised to the bed edges, but is something to do with the printing process. I am not sure if it’s pressure advance that’s playing up or what!
