@stefano @h3artbl33d 64g...not as bad as I thought. 14.5kg of water, 990g sugars, 24g fat including 2.4g saturated, and 97g protein. 2x-5x to daily dose of most vitamins and minerals.
A kg of sugar over 3 days still seems like a lot...like drinking 10 cans of Coke each day.
