I went looking for a gender-neutral replacement for niece / nephew and encountered "nibling" which seems great to me.

#Enby folks, would you be on board with an older relative describing you as their nibling? Is there a term you like better?

The *only* reason I don't like nibling is because I always parse it as "nonbinary sibling".
