What if...
http {
server {
iocaine /run/iocaine/iocaine.socket;
# rest of your server config
}
}
Just a wee #nginx plugin. Or one for your favourite reverse proxy, or tool that can integrate with iocaine one way or another!

Also of note: this wasn't my idea. Two people, independently, created ways to integrate iocaine with HAProxy (look at that PR number!) and Traefik.
I'm merely standing on the shoulder of giants. I have thought about doing something like this, but did not manage to find a good way. They did, and that showed me the pieces I was missing, so now I can take care of nginx and Caddy.
Perhaps even Apache! That would be grand, because there's currently no sane way to integrate iocaine with Apache that I know of.
@algernon@come-from.mad-scientist.club smh caddy would normally spell that like iocaine unix//run/iocaine/iocaine.socket;
(pleas allow normal networks to be specified i need my abstract sockets)
