Well, you say "added" and not "annexed", so I think (hope) that it's clear 😆

@stefano I always read it as "<city> was added to <country> - Oh nice, where has it been before?"

@chebra maybe I should change the sentence - something like "FediMeteo is now providing the forecasts for..." - more accurate
