A big ornamental F coloured in purple with green vines and leaves tangled around it, forms the first letter for the words 'Fucking Fuckity Fuck' calligraphed in blackletter script in dark blue ink. The vines extend from the bottom of the F to form an underline of green vines and blue flowers beneath the writing.
