Question to the fellow blind/VI people. How do you train/do fitness? What I mean by that is, going to the gym, or have you found good/fun activities for home which do actually improve strength/muscles and aren't just keeping up the general condition. Regarding the gym thing, I live in Germany, so no idea if there are differences to stuff in other countries. But for now I don't have friends or other great ways to get around, so no idea if that would actually be an option anyway. Still interested.
