@ProPublica Low intelligence cops are being asked to investigate high tech tools use by adolescents who have no clue what they're doing, what could possibly go wrong? This is like tasking a 19 y/o juvenile delinquent who uses a classy handle like "bigballs" to improve government efficiency.
